📦 Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours, depending on availability and demand.

🚚 Delivery Area

  • We deliver throughout most areas of Bonaire directly to your home or agreed location.

💲 Shipping Cost

  • Free delivery applies to most areas in Bonaire.

  • Deliveries to Belnem and Sabadeco have an additional cost of $5 USD.

  • Deliveries to more remote areas may have an additional cost of $10 USD.

📍 Access & Delivery Conditions

  • For safety reasons, we do not deliver to locations where road conditions are not suitable or safe for vehicle access.

  • If a customer is located in an area with difficult or unsafe access, delivery will be rescheduled to a central meeting point.

  • This will always be coordinated in advance, and only carried out with the customer’s agreement.

📲 Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before delivery.

  • Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery time and location.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed as soon as they are received.

  • If a product is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or refund.
